not Poverty But Poor Shall be Finished
Not poverty but poor shall die
Dalip singh Wasan, Advocate.
In countries like India, we would not be able to root out poverty, but there are chances that the people who are poor shall be finished within the next two decades because they are not getting all the facilities of life, they are not getting clean and proper food, they are not getting proper house accommodation, they are not getting proper clothes, they are not getting proper treatment when they are ill and they are not being provided with old age pension and other securities which are most needed on old age and when one is ill or infirm.
We have noted that in all these six decades, the state could not provide proper education, proper training, proper work and proper earning capacity to the poor and that is the reason most of the children from poor families are still found at work, begging and collecting valuables from the garbage. What shall be the future of this generation and what shall be the position who were not given proper education, proper training and proper adjustment during the past six decades. These people shall live a life and they shall die only when they are ill or complete their age span provided by God and till that date our state shall have to bear them in this region. They shall not live a life nor they shall allow others to live a life and till they are alive, we the people of India would not be able to tell the world at large that we are progressing and we shall reach with those who are already attained the status of developed countries.
When no suitable actions had been taken in India to root out poverty, it seems the state is waiting for the time when the poor shall finish and we shall claim that we could root out poverty from India. This is not the proper method and had the state taken right steps from the very beginning, the things would have been otherwise. first of we should have put our whole wisdom on the conditions of the poor and we could have removed all those hurdles one by one and at this stage most of the poor people could have been upgraded. If people are illiterate, fault lies on us. If people are not having training in one of the trade as per national requirement, the fault lies on our part. If people are unemployed, the fault lies on our part. These are the three basics which should have got the first attention from our side, but we had been ignoring all these three basics and that is the reason, these three problems are still there and till these problems remain in this country we would never be able to set the things right and we would never be able to root out poverty from India.
We cannot say that there are no competent people who had been holding the charge of this country. There had been wise people, but somehow they could not adopt the right out-way and they too had been working with those who were not experts in all these lines nor they were having any interest in bettering the conditions of the people of this country.
The state, the society and the people of this country and also the people living in other countries where there are poor people, must decide the right course. If they go on the present way, there are no chances that they shall be able to root out poverty from their countries. However there are chances that the poor shall die and poverty shall be a thing of the past. But this is not the right way because the poor have played a very important role in the history of each country and they had been doing all the manual work which the rich could not do and they had been getting very meager wages for that work and had been living with those wages which kept them poor. We should better the condition of the poor people because they too are backbone of the nation and must remain alive because rich people can spend money, but they cannot do manual work which only the poor do and construct each item which turns a country as a developed country. The poor must live and with them a nation shall live. The people who could collect more money must realize that still they need poor people to guard their wealth and without them their own life is not safe.

India Shall Never Become a Socialist Counry
India shall never become a socialist country
Dalip Singh Wasan, Advocate.
We should admit that India shall never become a socialist country. We would never be able to bring equality in this part of the world. We would never be able to give proper education to our people, we would no allow all the people to have equal income and therefore, we would never be in a position to provide reasonable living accommodation to all the families in his part of the world. The people shall remain under poverty line and their income shall never be able to meet their minimum five demands of life i.e. food, clothes, house, education and treatment of the ill and the diseased people. The present structure is such that people who are rich and powerful are becoming more rich and more powerful and the people who are poor and weak they are being reduced to more poverty and they are turning more weak and they are not in a position to stand and say in loud voice that they are being discriminated. The people who are rich and powerful, they are the nominators of the candidates and the people are just voters who cast their votes and then they are pushed back to suffer for another term of five years or more.
When the income gap is on the higher side, socialism is just a myth and we should not dream of this set of situations in India. Here the people who are on seats of power come to these seats with the votes of the poor, but when they are on the seats they start functioning for the rich and the powerful because they had given them money to stand in elections and they are having portfolio of minister only when they are nominated by the rich. We cannot expect that such people shall allow socialism to come to this part of the world. They are interested in keeping the people illiterate, poor, houseless and ill so that the people could never think of equality and they never allow the people to understand the meaning of democracy and then that of socialism. They shall teach the people that there are rulers and the people should obey their orders and nothing more than that.
We have seen that the people of India had been fighting their war of independence. Most of the people who had been killed, hanged, given life imprisonments, gunned down, sent to long term jails, sent to kalepaani are ignored and some people who were sitting in Delhi declared with all the voice at their command that they won the independence and that too without any blood. They wrote off all the killings of 1947 and all the people who were forced to migrate to unknown places and they wrote their own names in all the text books and in books of history and they asked all the historians to forget about all the struggles for attaining independence. This is the tragedy of this country and the people who are living here. The people who are telling us that they had been the greatest freedom fighters are befooling us and we have started believing in them. They wrote the present constitution and they wanted that all good words selected from dictionaries be introduced in the constitution. and they had been successful in collecting such words and introducing the same in our constitution. But we must know that during the last six decades, none of our problems which were available during the period of slavery had been written off. All the problems are still there and people are still suffering and they could not understand the real meaning of democracy.
Socialism word had been introduced in our constitution later on, and it was introduced just to show that the rulers are interested in the welfare of the people. But all these statements are misleading because the rulers are not interested in the welfare of the people. Had they been interested in the welfare of the people of India, we could have rooted out illiteracy, poverty, unemployment from India and once the people are properly educated, properly adjusted at work and they are getting proper wages they would have started having a look at their own families and they could have started working for the welfare of their own families and the state could have taken up other development works. But since the people are not in a position to meet both ends meet and they are not in a position to provide to their families two time meals, we cannot say that such people shall ever be able to think of socialism and its meaning. The performance of six decades is on the negative side and if we make these situations as the base, we shall have to declare that socialism shall never come in India and therefore, we should try to write of this word from the constitution of India.
Here in India the rich shall rule and they shall loot and beat the people and keep them slaves and such people should never think of socialism here on this side. They had been slaves and they are slaves even today. If the present situations continue, we must say that here on this side equality would never come and therefore, we should not talk of socialism.

Big Companies Shall Swallow Small Enterprisers
Big companies shall swallow small enterprisers.
In India big companies have come and they are entering all the fields. They have opened even eating houses, general merchant market and even ration shops have been established by the big companies. They are deploying people and it is an accepted thing that they are supplying the customers better items and items of good quality and at the same time they are supplying to their customers items at cheaper rate because they believe in big sale and they know that when there is sale of on large scale, they shall earn profits. These shops are being established in each town and people are being attracted to these shops.
The small shopkeepers had their time and they were not meeting all the demands of the people and since they had been giving to the customers articles at credit, the people who became customers once, they were not in a position to leave those shopkeepers and go another shop. Once a debtor always a debtor and now the people are understanding that they shall be having more benefits if they purchase items of their daily use at cash system. It seems the people who are small shopkeeper and who are running small enterprisers shall be joining these big shopkeepers as sales men, as stock holders or the like and in due course all establishments shall be working on behalf of these big industrialists and commercial establishments. Only the people expert in the line of economics could tell us whether this system shall be beneficial for the people or it shall bring more unemployment and more poverty. A common man shall not be able to tell about this coming period.
As far as India is concerned, they had been indulging in small enterprisers and even Mahatma Gandhi had been in favour of small industries and when we are now in open market facing challenges from all the sides, we shall have to enter big industries because these small units shall not be able to compete with industrial and commercial establishments. The experts in India must take up this matter and must see that what we do that should be in the interest of our people who are mostly illiterate, untrained and non-experts. They are not in a position to enter this competitive market which is coming into being in this country. These big establishments shall not engaging these illiterate and untrained people and there are chances that unemployment shall become a new problems for us. These unemployed people shall be creating more troubles for the people and India shall become a disturbed country. Therefore, the state must think over this matter once again before they are allowing these big industrialists and commercial units to enter the common market with is presently in hands of small enterprisers.

Woman Shall Rise
Woman shall rise.
Dalip Singh Wasan, Advocate.
It is on record hat woman is physically weak and that had been the reason she has been left behind and this man had been trying to walk ahead all alone. The man on this earth could not achieve what he could have achieved, had he taken the woman with him throughout in history. God had created this woman for him to give this man a complete companion, but somehow this man could not understand this woman and that had been the reason, he had been trying to keep this woman as his slave. She had been left un-educated, untrained and she was not allowed to work and earn. She had been put at work in the house where no wages had been fixed for her and she had been considered as a dependant upon the man who was earning money for the running of the house. The man never assessed the work which had been allotted to her share in the house. The man had been getting his breakfast, his lunch, his dinner, sex, children, service, clean clothes, clean house, service when the man was ill and look after the children and the man never realized that all these duties require energy, time and devotion and if this woman is not at the house, he would not be able to maintain this house which is functioning for him as his home. The man never realized that this home had been established only because he could get a woman and had this marriage system not been established, this man would have got no home and he would have been running after women and would have been establishing prostitution homes, institutions of call girls, institution of keeps and there could have been chances that this man would have been indulging in rape cases and there could have been chances that most of the men could have been in jails.
Time has come when this woman has started realizing her worth and she is getting proper education, proper training and she is getting adjustment at work and most of the women are entering work-field and now when they are earning shoulder to shoulder with this man, they have started realizing that they are not slaves but this man cannot live without them. The woman is on the rise and if this process continues, they shall be turning this man as their slaves. The parents are trying to see that their daughters are also on their own feet before their marriage, because they are not happy with the plight of their daughters in the houses of their in laws. Therefore, they are preparing their daughters in such a way that they shall be able to face all the situations and there are chances that the people in the house of their in laws shall be behaving properly or they shall not be getting girls for their sons. The man on this earth is realizing that if this woman decides to remain un-married, what shall be the position of this man on this earth. He would not get a house which could be converted into a home. He shall live life of single man and that shall establish this earth into a Hell for him.
Woman of tomorrow shall be acting like man and there are chances that this round earth may turn in their favour and shall give them a chance to rule over the man. The future shall be in the hands of women and therefore, the men must prepare themselves for these challenges. He should start accommodating this woman and must give her a right place and if fails, he shall suffer. The man must realize that this woman is more powerful and once she gets the throne, this man shall not be able to live like a slave. His position shall be worse because this woman shall start taking revenge from this man who had been keeping her slave since centuries and had been committing all tyrannies on her. Revenge from the side of woman shall be more serious and grave and this man who had been ruling her for centuries shall be given due punishment. So the man of today should realize his position and must start behaving properly and accommodate his woman in a suitable manner. That shall keep her as his friend and life partner and she would not be taking revenge from the man on this earth.
